The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce payment card fraud.

Your Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Full payment-card numbers, card security codes and other information required to authorise a payment are collected and processed directly by those providers.

Nouvo London does not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code. We may receive limited payment and transaction information, such as your billing and shipping details, order details, payment method, card type, the last four digits of your card, payment status and transaction identifier.

Payment information is transmitted through encrypted connections. You can check that you are using a secure connection by confirming that the website address begins with “https://” and that your browser displays its secure-connection indicator.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment providers and other service providers where necessary for the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.
